- Main House: 5 private bedrooms with queen beds plus a queen-size sofa bed (sleeps up to 12)
- Private Guest House: 1 queen bedroom, queen-size sofa bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom (accommodates up to 4 additional guests)
- Private guest house is included for reservations of eleven or more guests. For smaller groups, it may be available by request for an additional fee.
